The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Athens is a large-scale development that combines a five-star hotel, an internationally oriented casino, a high-standard exhibition and conference center, and a modern entertainment, sports, and public gathering venue. The complex will also include high-quality dining facilities, cafés and bars, a luxurious Rock Spa and pool complex, as well as retail stores.
The five-star hotel will feature 900 rooms and 200 suites, offering a total capacity of 2,920 beds, and will rise across 43 floors. The project represents an investment of over €1.5 billion, which is expected to significantly upgrade Greece’s tourism product and strengthen its international appeal.
The building complex, with a total built area of 128,886 m², is organized into two main volumetric components: the podium (base) and the tower, which will reach a height of 197 meters. The Tower is vertically organized into three sections – Low, Mid & High Tier—and is oriented toward three distinct directions. These orientations correspond to key landmarks located within the conceptual triangle surrounding the project: the Acropolis of Athens, the Saronic Gulf, and Mount Hymettus.
